simple present: use / in a bank.
We use the simple present to talk about:
• things that are always true. • habits and things that happen repeatedly.
The sun rises in the east. My parents live near Dover. Joe plays golf on Saturdays.

We often use the simple present with words that tell you how often: for example always, never, often,
sometimes, usually, once a day, twice a week, every year, all the time.
She always forgets my birthday. I often get headaches. You never listen to me.
We play basketball twice a week. It rains all the time here.

We do not use a present tense to talk about how long something has lasted (see page 65).

In some answers, both contracted forms (for example I'm, don't) and full PRESENT TENSES 17
forms (for example I am, do not) are possible. Normally both are correct.
